"Chill room" for Tecnovideo

This year we focused on employee well-being, creating a dedicated "Chill Room", a space where employees can relax and take a break.

Modern companies know this... The coffee break maximises work intensity as it allows the brain to recover cognitive abilities to its optimum level.

Creating a valuable break out room was our goal, we got all TECNOVIDEO team members involved to turn it into reality with the purpose of creating "a comfortable and fertile ground whereby generating ideas, becoming more in tune and intimate with colleagues" - a simple idea to stimulate workers' wellbeing to encouraging sharing.
